Rancho Cicada Retreat has
been serving groups since 1980. The retreat center is secluded in the Sierra Nevada Foothills on 44 acres along the Cosumnes River, surrounded by over 300 acres of federal land. Nearest neighbor is 2 miles away. We are 50 miles east of Sacramento.
We offer the River House and Dogwood Cabins year-round with their own private bathrooms. Our group season starts in May and runs through October, where we offer woodside cabins and tent cabins along the river. Separate and private restroom facilities for men and women are provided.
Our beautiful, natural environment, pristine lawns and comfortable, "back to nature" lodging, combine to create a soothing, comfortable atmosphere for your next workshop, retreat or yoga intensive. We also welcome church groups, weddings, commitment ceremonies, family reunions, and company barbeques! |

Conference Center a favorite conference, retreat and
meeting location for educational, scientific, social
and corporate groups.
Lodging at Stanford Sierra Conference Center is simple,
yet comfortable and accommodates up to 180 guests. Guests
enjoy spectacular views of Fallen Leaf Lake and the surrounding
Sierra peaks.
The main lodge offers
12 single rooms along with the spacious meeting and dining
facilities and comfortable common areas. In addition,
52 two and three-bedroom cabins accommodate the majority
of guests.
Stanford Sierra meeting packages provide you with the
quality experience expected of the Stanford name. University
